2:30 - 3:30 p.m. – Conclusion/Open Discussion between town managers, Delaware Tech, and ODW to determine what the needs of the workforce are and how DTCC can better train and prepare water operators. Special emphasis will be made on how to recruit new employees amidst an aging workforce.
