8:45 - 10:15 a.m. – Panel I: “Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Recovery Standards for Water Treatment Operations” EYI 352 201. Approved DE Water Ops-I for 1.5 hrs, .15 CEUs

10:30 a.m. - Noon – Panel II: “PFAS Training for Drinking Water and Wastewater Operators” EYI 352 203. Approved DE Water Ops-D for 1.5 hrs, .15 CEUs

Noon - 12:45 p.m. – Catered Lunch

12:45 - 2:15 p.m. – Panel III: “Lead and Copper Rule Revision: What Do I Need To Know?” EYI 352 202. Approved DE Water Ops-I for 1.5 hrs, .15 CEUs

2:30 - 3:30 p.m. – Conclusion/Open Discussion between town managers, Delaware Tech, and ODW to determine what the needs of the workforce are and how DTCC can better train and prepare water operators. Special emphasis will be made on how to recruit new employees amidst an aging workforce.
