Lewes Steps Out for Fitness is designed to get people outside and walking while enjoying nature's beauty and the company of others! Register for the program on any of the dates below, get your free pedometer and t-shirt, and start walking!
The group program meets every other Thursday beginning with check-in at 5:30 pm in the Lewes Beach Parking Lot where nutrition information and blood pressure screening will be available. A community walk will begin at 6:00 pm and travel to the Canalfront Park where more fun awaits.
