    The Great Delaware Kite Festival, co-sponsored by the Lewes Chamber of Commerce and the Delaware Division of Parks and Recreation, takes place at Cape Henlopen State Park on Good Friday, APRIL 10, 2009 This popular annual event regionally attracts kite fliers and spectators and is one of the events features as part of National Kite Month beginning the end of March through the end of April.
