Position: Development Associate
Description: The Delaware Center for the Inland Bays is seeking a full-time Development Associate. This position works under the supervision of the Development Coordinator and is responsible for supporting the activities of the Center’s Development Program, which include fundraising for the Center’s projects and programs through direct mail, social media, events, grant writing, and one-on-one solicitation of individuals and corporations. The Development Associate works closely with the Development Coordinator in the planning and execution of these activities, plays an important role in donor relations, and is responsible for maintaining the Center’s CRM database (Bloomerang).
