The first annual WRDE Charity Golf Classic will be held on Thursday, September 14th, 2017 at Bear Trap Dunes in Ocean View, DE. WRDE has been community driven since its inception… a local business that strives to not only enhance the lives of those in the viewing area by being a terrific news organization, but to also offer support to worthy local organizations. With that premise, the WRDE Charity Golf Classic was born.
The charity recipients for the inaugural WRDE Charity Golf Classic are The Harry K Foundation, the Cape Henlopen Education Foundation and the Indian River School District. Three outstanding organizations that serve our community…and in particular, our children…so very well.
