The 21st Anniversary Delaware Resorts Home Expo will be held in Lewes, Delaware at Cape Henlopen High School on Kings Highway. Dates for this year’s event are Saturday and Sunday April 7th and 8th. Last year’s Expo attracted more than 2000 visitors over two days to see the latest in the resort area home market, and home related goods and services. Visitor hours are Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 3pm. Plenty of free parking is available at Cape Henlopen High School.
The Expo is sponsored by the Internet magazines RehobothToday.com and LewesToday.com, along with the Cape Gazette, the popular Cape region resort area weekly newspaper, Comcast Spotlight, ABC-WMDT, Andersen Windows, Clean Energy USA, Creative Courtyards, DelMarVa Resort Realty and Schell Brothers.

Visitors to the Expo will enjoy the convenience of reviewing the area’s premier real estate and home service values while receiving free gifts and participation in prize drawings. Refreshments will also be available.
According to Kathy Benson, Expo founder, “We aggressively promote the Expo weeks in advance throughout the north and mid-Atlantic regions, and are always amazed at the distance some folks travel to visit the show.”
The Expo is designed to appeal to both local and prospective residents who live a distance away, and consequently find it difficult to get the “lay of the land”. Local residents considering a new home, renovation, or addition will also find the Expo valuable for shopping these services.
"If you live more than 100 miles away, you'd have to make several expensive trips over a long period of time to get all of the information the Expo will provide, and there's no admission fee", explained Benson. "Another benefit is that the visitor gets to proceed on their terms and schedule, and with whom they would like to work, rather than being obligated to the person they just happen to get on the phone when they call for information", Benson added.
