4th Annual Maritime Day Celebration

Join us for a celebration of America's Proud Maritime History! Experience and celebrate Lewes' maritime history and its impact on the region at the 4th Annual Maritime Day celebration at the Lewes Ferry Terminal on Saturday, May 20, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Lewes, Delaware – known as the First Town in the First State – enjoys a heritage that is rich in both its maritime history and its current maritime interests.  The celebration will include displays, vessel tours and activities including: 

  • Helicopter Water Rescue Demonstration
  • Vessel Tours
  • Water Cannon Demonstration
  • Remembrance Ceremony
A great FREE event for scout groups, school groups, veterans and maritime enthusiasts of all ages!
