Free In-person tax preparation and filing by trained and IRS-certified volunteers for taxpayers who cannot afford paid tax preparation. This service is provided by AARP Foundation Tax-Aide. The program is open to taxpayers of all ages. AARP membership is not required.
This service is by appointment only between the hours of 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM. To schedule an appointment call 302-703-7198. You will be asked to leave your name and the best phone number to reach you. A volunteer will call you back within 24 hours. Appointments are NOT made by calling or visiting the library.
