BOUNDARIES OPENING AT THE CINEMA ART THEATER

Starting on July 6th, the Rehoboth Beach Film Society’s Cinema Art Theater will present BOUNDARIES, a hilarious father-daughter road-trip comedy starring the timeless Christopher Plummer.

Laura (Vera Farmiga) is a single mother living in Seattle, who has a constant need to put others and animals before her. When her estranged, criminally-minded father Jack (Christopher Plummer) is kicked out of his retirement home, Laura agrees to drive him down the coast to live with her sister JoJo (Kristen Schaal) in LA. Along for the ride is her bright but troubled son Henry, and an assortment of animal charity cases. Without telling Laura, Jack convinces Henry to help him sell off his copious supply of marijuana at every stop of their journey, resulting in unexpected reunions with old friends and family. [2018, US, Runtime: 104 minutes, Rated: R].

Eric Kohn of “Indiewire.com” praises the film for its, “sharp performances and insightful character details.” Katie Walsh of “Tribune News Service” singles out Plummer’s performance: “Rarely has Plummer been this funny and relaxed, and he’s simply a treat to watch.”

Screening times are 4:00 pm on Friday (July 6), 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Saturday (July 7), 4:00 pm on Sunday (July 8), 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Wednesday (July 11) and 7:00 pm on Thursday (July 12).
