An Evening at the Hook Lecture Series- Detector Dogs- 7:00p.m. – 8:00p.m.  

Margeret “Marnie” Pepper Project Leader (District Supervisor) for the Chesapeake Bay Nutria Eradication Project, a special program within MD/DE/DC Wildlife Services. She is a certified Wildlife Biologist and APHIS certified Agricultural Canine Handler and Field Canine Trainer. Marnie will present an update on the Nutria Project.  She will focus most of the talk on the use of detector dogs including but not limited to how the idea came about and how the program was developed.

Pre-registration is required by calling the refuge office at (302) 684-8419.  Light refreshments will be provided during the An Evening at the Hook Lecture Series Events beginning at 6:30 p.m
