REHOBOTH BEACH FILM SOCIETY PRESENTS 21st ANNIVERSARY OF REHOBOTH BEACH INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL

Eleven days of wonderful films is what you will enjoy at the 21st anniversary of the Rehoboth Beach Independent Film Festival from November 1 – 11, 2018. This year’s Festival features a rich and diverse assortment of American and international features, documentaries, and short films. The selection includes a biographical comedy about the secret life of writer Emily Dickinson, a tribute to Hal Ashby, a doc about the world of corporate musicals, an opera singer played by Julianna Moore with Renée Fleming vocals, a funny story about how inheriting millions impacts four residents of a senior home, and a thriller about what happens when a 911 call is suddenly disconnected plus many more. A feature highlight will be the appearance of local business owner Sam Calagione in the film “Brewmaster” as well as at the November 10th screening.

The Festival will take place at three venues, the Film Society’s Cinema Art Theater, the Unitarian Universalists Southern Delaware, and the Cape Henlopen High School.

The best way to get all the information you need about films, screening schedule, and how to purchase tickets online is to visit www.rehobothfilm.com or to pick up a program at local libraries, the Cinema Art Theater, and hotels throughout the area. There are plenty of volunteer opportunities during this event as well. To schedule your shift or for more information, please call the Main Office, 645-9095.
