Partnering with the Delaware Watercolor Society the Lewes Library will offer a Beginner’s Watercolor Workshop. Please note: this is a Beginner Level Workshop and will not be appropriate if you have prior watercolor experience. Free but space is limited, so please call 302-645-2733 to register, or stop by the Circulation Desk.
