Little Richard: I Am Everything Opening at the Cinema Art Theater in Lewes
Opening April 21, the Rehoboth Beach Film Society’s Cinema Art Theater presents Little Richard: I Am Everything, an enlightening musical documentary about a one-of-a-kind rock n’ roll icon who shaped the world of music.
Throughout his life, Little Richard (Richard Penniman) careened between religion, sex and rock 'n' roll. A treasure trove of archival material brings to life a revolutionary figure, one who reinvented popular music as the ultimate form of self-expression. The cast includes among others John Waters, Tom Jones and Mick Jagger. [2023, US, 98 min, Rating: NR]

Screening times are 6 pm on Fri (April 21), 2 pm on Sun (Apr 23) and 6 pm on Thu (Apr 27). Admission is $9 for members, $11.50 for general audiences and $5 for students.
