The Lewes Tulip Dig Date is Announced
It’s that time once again for residents and visitors to take part in the annual Lewes Tulip Dig. All those lovely blooms we have enjoyed these last several weeks need to be dug up to prepare for the planting of annuals. This popular event will be held Friday, April 21st rain or shine starting at 8 a.m. You can come a few minutes earlier but no digging until 8. It is first come, first serve. In most areas, the tulips are dug within minutes, so you don’t want to be late. Please dig up tulips only.
Lewes In Bloom volunteers will be on-hand at the following locations to answer any questions:

- Mary Vessels Park
- 1812 Park
- Otis Smith Park
- Gateway Garden
- Post Office
- Margaret Rollins Community Center & Lewes Library
- Stango Park
- Lighthouse Garden
