Fort Miles Museum


The Fort Miles Museum, located underground in Battery 519, features exhibits relating to coastal defense operations as well as portraying daily life for the over 2,000 soldiers and civilians stationed at Fort Miles during World War II. Tours of Battery 519 are offered year-round. Learn what the country faced and how Fort Miles planned to defend the United States. Cost for the tours and admission to the museum is $5 per person.
