11th Lewes Creative Writers’ Conference

Conference, Saturday, August 18, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

 

This free, day-long conference features workshops on a variety of writing-related topics. There are two morning sessions and one afternoon session with a choice of workshops by Sheree Bykofsky, Maribeth Fischer, David Robson, David Teague, and BJ Ward.

 

During lunch the Florence C. Coltman Award for Creative Writing will be presented, the Delaware Division of the Arts will provide a seminar on Grants & Opportunities for Artists: Step-by-Step, and there will be Readings by the 2018 Delaware Division of the Arts Fellows in Literature.
 

In addition to the Conference on Saturday, there will be an Evening of Readings on Friday, August 17 starting at 5:00 PM in the Library. Three of the Conference Workshop presenters will read from their works.
