They provide fresh cut flower bundles and arrangements that change throughout the season. As a cottage food establishment, they also offer artisan breads that focus on four traditional ingredients of flour, water, salt and yeast to create delicious rustic breads. Craig and Lenore Brady and their children started the farm in 2003. Their family farm continues to grow yearly with new crops and varieties of fruits and vegetables. Their freshly laid eggs are from Heritage breed chickens. The spring harvest begins with asparagus, gourmet blends of field grown lettuce, and Candy Hybrid onions. The summer harvest includes heirloom tomatoes, specialty crops, peaches, tart cherries and fingerling potatoes. Late summer and early fall starts the apple and pear harvest with over thirty different varieties to suit any taste. Their farm is also an apiary, using Italian honeybees to pollinate the orchard and crops, producing Chrissy Bee’s Honey.
