What’s Fresh at the Wednesday Market August 10th
New summer products are arriving at Market every week, and this Wednesday, the Market at Crooked Hammock Brewery introduces a new vendor: Tout de Suite Patisserie. They will bring artisanal, European inspired pastries and deserts highlighting seasonal flavors. These tasty baked goods will join our other Market offerings such as citrus, quiche, and fruit style pies, Alfajores in both traditional and seasonal flavors, biscuits, and artisan breads including boule, sourdough, focaccia, and apricot pecan couronne bread.
Customers can find cantaloupes, watermelons, peaches, tomato varieties, sweet corn, eggplant, okra, potatoes, green beans, summer squashes, kale, bell peppers, cucumbers, lettuces, pork sausages, chops, and ribs, tilapia fish, grass-fed chicken, steaks, ground beef, and burger patties, and eggs. You can also find some specialty items like Dutch Clover Honey, Wildflower Honey, Pine Honey, Bee Pollen Unfiltered Honey, and even Carrot Goat Milk Soap, along with beautiful bouquets of assorted flowers in all sizes!

This Wednesday, the Market will be welcoming a new vendor: Tout de Suite Patisserie! They will bring artisanal baked goods using high quality ingredients, prepared absolutely fresh for each market. Making all of their doughs and fillings from scratch from start to finish, they feature a standard selection of European inspired pastries and desserts with the addition of seasonal specialties. You will find scones, fruit Danish, butter, chocolate, and almond croissants, French baguettes, French macarons, and more at their stand.
