CustomFit360 was established in 2016 with the goal of providing elite, customized and professional fitness and nutrition programming to our immediate community that enveloped Millville, Ocean View, Bethany Beach and surrounding areas. Through the support of our client base, despite COVID-19 shutdowns and a myriad of challenges, we have continued to grow. As we have grown, our impact and reach has become larger and larger. We now have the opportunity to make an even bigger impact on our community within Sussex County and change even more lives. Here at CustomFit360, you will always find our core values at the helm of everything we do: Integrity; Respect; Hard Work; Education; Compassion; and Community. It is through these core values that we will continue to deliver what I hope to be, the best fitness experience there is to offer. Over the years, we have focused on our 1:1 programming and have slowly introduced our small group and nutrition programming. We now have 3 core offerings at CF360: one on one personal training, small group training and nutrition services. We keep groups small and try to give each individual as much attention as we can, in order to insure injury prevention, movement efficiency and of course, results. We will take this model that has become successful in helping others and carry on the mission in Lewes, Delaware!
