I help entrepreneurs and their leadership teams solve root problems, lead more effectively, and gain Traction® in their businesses through a simple, proven operating system, EOS (Entreprenuerial Operating System). I have worked for large corporations and small entrepreneurial businesses and my focus has always been on building strong leadership and project teams. I have learned what it takes for companies to succeed and what causes them to fail. I have always had a passion for discovering new ways to help people both personally and professionally. Around nine years ago, my two sons and I discovered the book Traction and EOS. We loved the simple practical tools within EOS, so they decided to implement EOS within their company, and the results were amazing. The company was thriving, the employees were all very excited about the Vision of the company, and their enthusiasm was contagious. It certainly created a buzz in the industry. Because I have witnessed firsthand the value and effectiveness of EOS, I just love sharing and teaching EOS to Entrepreneurial Organizations who are growth oriented, open minded, honest, and vulnerable with themselves and the people around them.
